We use the Six Sigma methodology which focuses on process improvement and variation reduction employing a measurement based strategy.  This results in PSI Global delivering its services more efficiently and increasing levels of customer satisfaction.

The company’s contribution to the compressed air and vacuum industries is recognised by the participation of its technical staff on several ISO standards committees.

Quality - ISO 9001

PSI Global have been certified to ISO 9001 since 1996 which is governed by the SGS assessment body.  Embracing the principle of continuous improvement laid out in ISO 9001, PSI Global has made sustainable improvements throughout the business.

The company achieves this by the application, review and continuous improvement of a quality management system as outlined in the Quality Manual.  The Quality Procedures and Training Systems are formalised and meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015

Quality - Module H

PSI Global have also been accredited to the Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) Module H relating to the Design and Assembly of Toxic Gas Shut-Off Systems since 2004 by the SGS assessment body.

This certifies the capabilities of PSI Global and its quality management system comply with the requirements of Module H (Full Quality Assurance) within the Pressure Equipment Directive.
