PSI Global is driven by its customers to provide solutions for inherent industry problems within the compressed air and vacuum markets. PSI Global’s unique patented moulded media is the centrepiece of the product range, and the company is continuously advancing and refining the process as new moulding and impregnation technologies become available.
The moulded media is complemented by PSI Global’s surface treated drainage layer, which prevents the formation of bubbles and thus ensures that oil droplets quickly drain away without becoming re-entrained in the air stream.
The company’s customer-focussed product innovations extend across the whole range, the most recent being ultrasonic welding of the drainage seam (patent pending). This new method gives a smooth flat seam, with no overlapping dead area.
